Stunning Design

Smeg are renowned for their beautiful Italian designs, and the KLF04 is no different. The stainless steel interior is housed within a gorgeous retro-inspired casing, available in a wide range of different colours. The water level indicator shows both litres and cups for easier use, and the spout has been expertly designed to not spill a single drop.

Easy to Clean

As well as being crafted from stainless steel, the interior of the Smeg KLF04 boasts a concealed heating element, allowing for easy cleaning. What's more, the removable stainless steel limescale filter makes it a great choice for hard water areas.

Variable Temperature Control

Different hot drinks are best at different temperatures- for instance, coffee should be brewed at 95°, while green teas should be around 70°. With the KLF04, you have the option of choosing a specific temperature setting, so you can enjoy your beverage of choice at its very best. The kettle plays a little tune to let you know that it has reached the set temperature, which can be turned off if you prefer.

Quality

I've had this SMEG kettle for a few weeks now and think it is brilliant! Excellent build quality and finish. Boils a full kettle very quickly, and there's audible tones so you know when it starts and finishes (which can be can be turned off if you want - but I find useful to keep on so I can still hear when I'm out of the kitchen). It is expensive but at least it does feel like you are paying for quality. Highly recommend!

Absolutely gorgeous

As someone who drinks a lot of tea I like to think I know a good kettle when I see one! Other "designer" kettles that I've had have been quite loud and not lasted long. This one is expensive but it definitely feels durable and looks absolutely gorgeous. Not too noisy and the spout pours very well. The little tune that plays when it boils is annoying but once I figured out how to switch it off- not an issue!

Worth the investment

Really stylish and such a pleasure to use. There’s a little alarm tone to let you know the water’s ready, sits nicely on the base, doesn’t dribble when it pours and you can even adjust the temperature. It’s quite expensive but these things are built to last so worth the investment.

Lovely looking kettle

Arrived yesterday and looks even better in the flesh (or should that be “in the plastic”) than it does in pictures. Really pleased with it. Not had a chance to play about with the temperature setting for different teas but I’ll pop some on my shopping list and give it a try!

Looks fab!

I'd been thinking about getting one of these for quite a while, hesitated because it's a lot of money for a kettle but took the plunge and I love it! Really well built and feels nice and solid, looks fab and the water boils quickly. Temperature settings are easy to use as well. So far so good!
