Very happy with this purchase! Great phone with lots of features and very easy to setup. Huge difference in sound quality between the phone it replaced! Also looks great and feels well made! Bit pricey but well worth it if you ask me!

After receiving the phones from Ligo - excellent service and delivery as promised - it took a little while to set them up. The quality of the product is excellent. However, two things prevent a 5 star features review. 1. You have to transfer your contacts to the other phones after putting them on the first one. My old BT system linked them all at the same time which also makes changes much easier. 2. I find it astonishing that there is apparently no way to search your contacts for an individual's name and number other than, in my case, to scroll through all of a large number of contacts. Again my old system had this search option simply entering the first letters of a name, just like my mobile phone. Finally, I have given 4 stars for value simply because of the high price.

This is without doubt the best set of phones we've had to date. Quality look and feel to the handset and the sound quality and features are top notch. Highly recommend! PROS: - Excellent sound quality - Straightforward set-up - Transfer contacts between handsets - Build quality CONS: - None at all

This is my second Gigaset phone. The build quality it second to none and the sound quality is superb. Nice look and feel to this model and there are plenty of features to change. Probably the best phone I've ever owned.

Having had three sets of 4 phones from BT that have proved unsatisfactory we decided to spend more and purchase a better quality product. We looked at Siemens phones from John Lewis as well as other brands on the Internet. Finally opting for Gigaset as the system had such good reviews. As always, I have waited three months since purchase before writing the review to allow a proper evaluation. Having read the reviews online before purchase I was aware of potential problems - frankly, if you read the instructions then all of the problems shown prove to be red herrings. The system is different, you must download the instruction book from the site but installation and setting up for use as a landline phone was very easy. We have been very pleased with the system, it is easy to operate with clear calls and gives us everything that we need. We have not set up a VOIP account so cannot comment on those aspects. The phones look and work so much better than any of the others that we have tried. If I had to find something to be negative about then the keys on the keyboard are quite small and might be inconvenient for perhaps an elderly person, I have no difficulty using it. No hesitation to recommend Gigset for domestic use.

One of our triple-handset Gigaset phones died on us after 8 years' service, so took the opportunity to up-grade and expand our home system. The phones arrived very quickly after ordering directly from Ligo's excellent website. Setting up was very straightforward (although have not set up for VoiP). On checking compatibility of previous model Gigaset phones with these new ones, discovered that it would be possible to integrate the remaining 2 old phones with the 4 new ones, so now have a 6-phone system. Transferring the entire directory from the old phones to populate the 4 new phones was a delightfully simple and painless pleasure. The new phones are excellent - large, clear display; decent sized , well-illuminated keys; easily navigated menu; first class audio performance; well-designed, well-made, high-quality product. Very satisfied with these phones. Thoroughly recommended.

My return purchase for these superb Siemens Gigaset SL450A GO Cordless Phone - Black Edition, Quad Handset. These were to replace worn out set of quad SL400 bought many years ago. Super handsets, crystal clear combined with great customer service support from LiGo. I would have no doubts about recommending LiGo to supply these Siemens Gigaset SL450A phones.
