    Great phones

I work from home and am on the phone for hours per day. I bought the quad version. It was shipped as a boxed triple set plus an extra handset in a separate plain packaging. They all paired within seconds and it's a great phone set. Very detailed user manual (the whole in English, which was a pleasant surprise). Sound quality is brilliant, fast and responsive and all feels very well made and robust. Good tactile feedback on buttons allowing rapid manual dialling with sound feedback as an option. Loads of customisation options. One feature I initially thought was poor was that the phone book is stored on the individual handset. Then in the manual I found how to send the full phonebook to each other handset. The advantage is that searching the contacts list is very fast as no polling of data on the base unit is required. Battery life is amazing and the handsets are light and comfortable to hold. Optional belt clips for all are provided but I've not used them.

All in all, a fabulous phone system.

    Excellent home phone package

These were bought to replace a Panasonic trio phone set and have proved an excellent product. Very simple to set up and use. Good quality sound and easy to read screens. Numerous setting to personalise the overall system and even the requirements of each unit in different rooms.
I like the fact that you can pick up messages from any of the units and that contact information entered on one unit is immediately backed up to all the other units.
    A really good buy.

Works well. No issues in performance.

Ring tones are a bit brash. No traditional phone-like ring.
With 4 handsets it is a bit of a chore copying the newly set up phone book to all the other handsets. It seems to go number by number and handset by handset. Instead there should be an option to send all numbers to all handsets.
Like the feature to activate answer machine, and listen to messages, from any handset.

    Nice, not perfect

Replaced a failing Panasonic system with this set. Appearance is smart. Disappointing selection of ringtones, and not as loud as they might be. Call quality good. Range from front to back of house appears to be good. Couldn’t find a way to get an audible alert for when a message has been left - shame, as it means if you forget to check regularly you could miss an important message.

    Great company to deal with

Fast tracked delivery, item well packaged. Siemens Gigaset Phones ok, feels too light though and probably not as well built or solid as for example BT phones.

    Excellent all round

Had BT &Panasonic phones for years but they only seem to last a short while so done the research and decided on Gigaset 4 handsets C530A and so far really impressed with everything about them

    Good clarity, easy to use

Had BT cordless phones for many years and regularly was told line was crackly or noisy. Got these and surprised how often I have been told the sound is much better. Probably only downside is central button a bit small and easy to hit wrong element (hence 4 stars instead of full 5 on style and design). Still, for price, extremely good value. Expected to be going back for range booster as have a relatively large house but no need at all, range covers bottom of garden to all rooms easily.

    Good buy

Love these phones especially the loudspeaker facility as I am somewhat hard of hearing. Had a problem setting them up at first but I was being a little heavy handed with the central button once I realised only to press the silver strip round the edge to scroll up and down etc it really was very easy. I’m sure that had I rung for advice I could have save myself a lot of frustration. So glad I persevered.
