  Not at all impressed.

  I tested this product,prior to fitting in customer premises,and found that there was no ringing o/p.I could hear a buzzing coming from the unit,at ringing cadence,but it was not driving the phone ringers.I rang your helpdesk and I was told I had to return all the units before they could be exchanged.As the units were to be used on Sky set-top boxes I decided to fit them,to date the customer has not complained,but I don`t think this product was fit for purpose.When I told your help-desk about the problem he didn`t seem at all surprised that there was a problem with i/c ring.That would suggest to me that this is not an uncommon fault.This problem was made worse by the incompetence of your couriers who on two occassions left drop-cards at the wrong address.

  Rtx wireless phone brilliant

  I don't see how you could find anything better to do the same job. It is easy to set up and it does the job. Enough said.
