Excellent features.

This is a good-looking well-designed phone with clear screen, excellent audio and a logical programme layout. Like the KX-TG832* series it has excellent battery life and a really useful phone book. I required new phones because (some of) the TG832* phones had been dropped (over time) and the prominent 4 way toggle switch proved vulnerable. The lack of a toggle switch makes this model slower to operate than the TG832 and I could not find any easy means of transferring the contact list from old to new; a stupid omission.

Although we installed the phones only a week or so ago they have proved to be a great success with most facilities easy to follow.

The purchasing exp was very bad. You confirmed the order and took the money and when I started chasing the courier you said you do not deliver to the Highlands of Scotland (I live 25 miles from the oil capital of Europe - Aberdeen). Eventually sorted and delivered a week late.Totally unnecessary cockup.

Leider war für uns nicht ersichtlich, dass wir das Telefon aus England beziehen. Dadurch mussten wir uns erst eine deutsche Anleitung beschaffen. Schade - dies sollte unbedingt deutlicher gemacht werden.
