A premium designer phone, the award-winning Panasonic KX-PRW 120 provides a sleek and elegant design and the ability to connect a smartphone running Android or iOS, effectively allowing you to use it as an additional DECT handset for handling both landline and mobile calls.
By installing the free Smartphone Connect app on your smartphone, you'll be able to pair both of the devices together, allowing you to both make and receive landline calls as well as mobile calls using your smartphone. You won't have to copy over your contacts either. Other Smartphone Connect features include the ability to copy over ringtones and wallpapers, play answer machine messages, hold conference calls and transfer calls.
The Panasonic KX-PRW 120 also functions as a fully featured cordless baby monitor. To activate this feature, all you need to do is navigate to the baby monitor icon displayed on the full-colour screen. A talkback function is provided for when your kids are older.
This set of three Panasonic KX-PRW 120 cordless phones is ideal for larger and busier homes, particularly those with babies or young children.

A good quality phone with very good sound quality that feels solid to hold and use. The handset is packed full of features, the large display is clear and the buttons are large and not fiddly. It is very easy to set up. Intercom, baby monitor, recording conversations, answer phone etc. are all very good features and very user friendly.
Connecting smartphones to the hub was very easy too - just a matter of downloading the App on to your mobile phone and link it to the hub by pressing a button. Mobile phones play nicely with this phone with good connectivity and surprisingly good sound quality (I tried iPhone 4s and 5). However connecting smartphones to the hub and keeping the App running in the background to pick up landlines is not as practical as you might think as it reduces the mobile's battery life significantly. I just connect when necessary now (I bought a couple of extra handsets instead).
It's a bit pricey but a very good phone. Highly recommended.

...but in practice it's very poor. I've had a pair of these for a good year now, and so this review is from a long-time user's point of view. Firstly, sound quality is appalling. I'm continually having to ask people to repeat themselves, not a good thing when you're talking to customers. The Operating System is shocking. I've no idea what they use but it is SOOOOO slow, especially when trying to dial out of the phone book. Inputting numbers & names is even worse. Connecting to your hub is fairly straightforward, as is using the Panasonic app on, as I do, an iPhone, but the technology just isn't quite up to scratch. People say that I sound distant & echoey when I'm using the app, to such an extent that I no longer do so. All in all, I would most definitely not recommend this phone. Unfortunate, as I generally LOVE Panasonic tech.

Overall I am happy with these phones. Ive been using them for a couple of months now and they still look good, features are useful and they're straightforward to set up. My only complaint is that the sound quality could be better. I've had Siemens phones in the past and these aren't quite as good, which is a shame because I prefer these in all other respects. It's not bad enough to return and overall I'm happy with my purchase but I don't think I'll buy Panasonic phones again.

Fairly decent phone but not worth the money. Being able to use your smartphone phone as a handset over a WiFi is a nice touch..
