Works really well and very easy to set up. Unbeatable price.
As other reviewers have said you have to keep your mobile very close to the BluWave to prevent speech becoming distorted. However it automatically connects to my mobile as soon as I walk in the door of my home, a distance of some 10 meters away from the unit, so at least the phones will ring even if my mobile is too far away from the unit to hear the caller properly.
I recommend Ligo and BlueWave to all my friends and family.

After much research I discovered this is probably a rebadged Xlink product. However, it's not as well supported. Xlink provides a configuration utility, which actually works with the Bluewave, but most users will never know about it. That means they may not be aware or able to use some of the more useful features.
However, my main disappointment is the lack of caller display on the landline connection. Apparently this requires a later firmware version but the unit is not being actively supported and the firmware has not been updated for some time. A call to the support team proved pointless.
My unit was substantially reduced in price - I now think I know why!
I have awarded 2 stars for 'value for money', only because of the reduced price paid.

Have had this for about 6 months now. I live in a rural area where broadband struggles to rise to 0.1mbps - so switched to a 4g three router with external aerials and unlimited data to solve that. However, I only get reasonable, reliable mobile phone reception (4G VOLTE), inside the house, in a small spot ... so I have an old mobile phone situated there, with reliable reception and linked to the ligo bluewave by bluetooth and to a gigaset hub which then distributes all calls to my existing Gigaset handsets throughout the house. No need for a landline and goodbye BT - swapping an £8 sim with unlimited minutes and texts for BT and over £19 for line rental with call costs on top - no brainer. This little set has proven very reliable for both outgoing and incoming calls and the Gigaset handsets I had used with my BT landline phone work perfectly, including messages etc. A great piece of kit and an absolute 'steal' at this price

This product has saved me time looking for my mobile and also having dead spots in the apartment, So easy to leave mobile where it can get signal, and accept mobile phone calls through the landline. (Brilliant)

What a great find this was. Every house should have one. No more fumbling around trying to find your mobile phone. All calls just get routed to the house phones. Found this easy to set up and reliable to use. Obviously the mobile phone needs to be fairly close to this device as Bluetooth has quite a short range. I have a lovely old GPO bell phone connected to this which sounds lovely when it rings and I can use it to make free calls from with my mobile call plan.
Very pleased with it indeed and have no problem recommending it.

Great piece of kit, we cancelled our virgin telephone line and use our mobile phones.
As we have mobile phones with minutes each month we didn't need a landlines.
We use with 3 mobile phones mine, my partners and one that stays near the ligo which gives us a phone line always, great as the house alarm has an auto dialer.
Works fine with all 3 phones connected.
Would definitely recommend it.

Bought a few months ago, so a few things have come up.
It is simple to use - great!
It works well provided your mobile has a good signal spot in the house, and the LiGO is within good range of the mobile.
Making and taking calls is only as good as your mobile connections, but no better than a landline even with good cordless phones.
Caller ID from my mobile address book is transmitted through LiGo to my house cordless phones.
This happens occasionally: Bluetooth may not always reconnect properly when the mobile transfers from in-car Bluetooth; either turn off mobile Bluetooth for a few minutes before switching on (preferable), or power off/on LiGo to reset (takes longer).
Just to note and only within the vicinity of the house, call quality mobile to mobile on those Bluetooth connected to your LiGo doesn't really work that well using the cordless phone when both mobiles are close by, but mobile to mobile direct is still OK.

I wasn't aware of this device until I joined a vintage telephone group on Facebook. I bought one from eBay last week and I love the fact that it can be set to accept old rotary dial phones. so happy with it I went back to the supplier and bought a second one. Landline call prices are ridiculous now and even cheap pay as you go SIM cards have unlimited minutes now so it's great affordable fun.

Bought this on a recommendation (via Facebook group) have to say, I was really surprised how easy it was to set up and use.... within 5 minutes I was using a vintage dial phone via Bluetooth/mobile.... very, very pleased.....

The Bluewave unit is a cheaper copy of the US X-Link unit but works just as well. It is ideal for connecting an old rotary dial telephone like the GPO/BPO Tele 706 or Tele 746. The only negative is that it gives the US style ring cadence not the UK 'ring-ring', 'ring-ring'. I have used an X-Link but was very pleased to be able to buy a Bluewave unit at the lower price. I would certainly recommend the Bluewave but LiGo are not selling them anymore; I would have to ask "Why not?"
