I bought the phone to replace a faulty cheaper device. We suffer fairly frequent power interruptions and I wanted a wired phone so it would work during a power cut. This does the job while looking elegant and seems well made. Called parties hear me clearly and I hear them well.
The phone actually has 11 memories (not the 12 cited on the LiGo pagae). One is a 1-touch key; the remaining 10 are 2-touch.
The phone cord is terminated with an RJ-11 connector but an adapter for use with BT sockets is included in the box.
The Jacob Jensen website suggests they have 'updated' the design of this phone and moved the keypad from the base to the handset. I bought this model because I prefer the keypad on the base. That way it is easier to deal with the all-too-prevalent switchboards with recorded messages wanting me to press a series of digits to navigate their call handling systems. Would have been nice to have hands-free and a headset jack but otherwise I have no criticisms.

This phone feels solid and looks good. I wanted a simple land line phone that didn't need a power supply and this is perfect. Efficient and prompt delivery.

Bought purely based on the design. Looks excellent mounted to the wall in our hall, and works well

Worth considering more expensive models for features//

I would have preferred the cable to the wall to be exchangable so that I could have replaced the black cable with a white one that would have been more in keeping with our environment.
