    Oustanding

Bought for use with softphone on my work laptop. The sound quality on calls is outstanding, and works well with Skype. It can also be connected to my phone, which is handy. The ear cushions are soft and very comfortable, I wear glasses and find a lot headsets press the spectacle arms into the side of my head. These do not. Top marks!

    Comfortable, functional, and quality!

I use this headset every day. It's very comfortable to wear for long periods of time, I know that because sometimes I might go as long as 6 hours with it on and it still feels fine. Sound quality is also great, both while making calls through VOIP and listening to music while I work.

The microphone is very high quality and i often have people specifically mention how clear I sound while on calls. The only slight issue is that when moving the mic from the standby position to use it, it picks up quite a lot of noise, so you'll need to mute the mic before you do this.

I like the fact that you can use it with USB for PC and with a standard audio jack, although when you detatch the USB part you do lose the mute function.

The controller is nice and easy to use, you can switch the volume up or down and mute the mic at the touch of a button. Having a busy light is another nice touch.

One thing I'm especially impressed with is the strength of the cable. I've caught it on things a few times now and it's still working fine.

The earpads have a tilt mechanism in there for added comfort, which is probably why I prefer these to all the other headsets I've used over the years.

    Good

Very good microphone and sound quality on calls. Works well with the Mac - just plug and play.

    Top marks

Well made and comfortable to wear. Much prefer it to wireless models since there's no risk of a poor connection or batteries running out.

    Would buy again

Have used these for some video calls and they work perfectly. The sound was very clear on both ends of the call. I haven't given five stars because there aren't a lot of extra features, but I still wouldn't hesitate to buy these again.

    Does the job nicely

Really like how this headset works with both a smartphone and computer. Comfortable enough but can make your ears a bit sore after long calls (or maybe that's just the calls!)
Nice that it comes in a little bag to keep it from getting damaged in your bag. There's a light on one side of the headset to let colleagues know that you're busy which is a nice touch.
    Overall, does the job nicely.

    Great for wfh

I bought this to work from home during the pandemic. Its a good bit of kit. High quality feel, easy to install even with my old computer and also plugs into my phone. High quality sound. I've had calls of up to 2 hours on it without a problem. I probably wouldn't keep it on my ears all day long though but I don't think its aimed at the call centre type user.

    Quality product

Use these mainly for Zoom, and spent far more on them because so many models were out of stock during the pandemic.
Would have liked some expert advice, which was not available at this time, which led me to a wrong purchase, which had to be returned.
However, they are an excellent quality - comfortable to wear and seem to have a good microphone.
The connection ends have USB for laptop/ PC (with a volume/ mute control), and a 3.5mm jack for mobile/ tablet, making them very adaptable.
They are also good for music and a fair amount of noise cancelling eg blocks out lawnmower sound from inside room.

Great - didn't need the MS version but works fine

Ordered the 'MS' version of this, as the one I would have preferred (the 'UC' one) was out out of stock. Seems to make no noticable difference either way for my usage, which is Zoom, on a Mac. Makes calls a lot better to hear and be heard than speakers and computer mic. Nicely put together. Not sure they'd survive being thrown around in a bag very much, but do exactly what I need. Hadn't really thought about it, but also works really well with my smartphone, particularly for long calls.
