To put an end to unwanted cold calls, the BT 4500 Quint features BT’s latest call blocking feature, which allows users to prevent incoming calls from international and withheld numbers, which account for a large proportion of sales and marketing calls. Additionally, there is also an option to programme the handset to block calls from up to 10 specific numbers, allowing for greater control over the calls you receive.
The BT 4500 offers excellent sound quality, allowing for phone conversations to be enjoyed in exceptional clarity; and a convenient amplify button and in-built loudspeaker can give an added boost to the volume for those with hearing difficulties. The handset also features an inductive coupler for compatibility with hearing aids.

It is just logical to operate. No funny menus or things that make it hard to understand. The things you use most are to hand. Each handset is automatically updated with info put on the main handset.

To get a number from the directory will only let you select ONE letter, you cannot scroll either side of this.
Would be more use to gave the time displayed when docked rather handset name.
Good coverage, better than previous Panasonic
Recording of call is very useful with so many Dubious callers
