Very impressed - managed to set up 3 voip numbers along with my landline. Relatively easy to do and what a huge difference it makes to the phone bill with international calls now being made at very cheap rates and still have my local line with all calls covered. Perfect!

For years and years we have always favoured BT (as the best of a poor bunch) but my most recent system had terrible range, poor sound and bad design so I decided to try this Gigaset. Having had the phone for a few months now I decided that they are so good that I should write a review. The range is phenomenal (no interference or calls drpping out unexpectedly), great sound quality, excellent volume (I'm a little hard of hearing), great features (caller display picture is super), very easyto use and a very modern and aesthetically pleasing design. I have bought another handset to cover my needs. I highly recommend them. You will not be dissappointed.

Best phone I've had to date. Nice look and feel to the handset and can't fault it at all on performance so top marks! PROS: - The best feature is being able to transfer contacts from my smartphone, which has made upgrading out knackered old set so much easier. - Sound quality is excellent - It's a doddle to set up - Feels very well made CONS: - None so far!

Very good phone. I like the several adjustments available for the sound, colours, illumination, etc.. I like the big screen, bright letters, full information being shown. I like the keyboard, neat appearance, clear and easy to use. I like the size, which fits nicely in the palm of my hand. I like the layout and presentation of the Directory/Contact list. I like the facilities available, everything I need and some I will never need. Not for the faint hearted, though. You do need to be computer-literate to set-up and get the best out of this phone, to your own tastes and convenience. Only complaint so far is that I cannot insert my mini-usb cable into the socket on the base of the hand set, so cannot connect the phone to my PC, to use QuickSync. It does not fit.

Very happy with this gigaset phone. Loads of features and couldn't have been easier to setup. Huge difference in quality between the old phone it replaced in terms of sound quality. And it looks and feels great! Bit pricey but well worth it in my opinion.n

Yes it is an expensive phone but you get what you pay for. It is a high quality product that looks and feels well made, and sounds excellent. Money well spent if you ask me!

The base connects to you router and your telephone lines so that you can have two lines. You'll need a VOIP provider (we use Sipgate) so you can start using for cheap international calls. The Gigaset phone connects to it's base wirelessly by DECT, which covers a very large house easily. The handsets feel well made but are lightweight enough to carry round in a pocket, and very clear sound, so conference calls etc work well (is duplex sound). Has been very reliable. Note that not all internet providers facilitate IP (ie via internet) phones. Thus, Virgin only works if you connect via modem mode and use, say, a separate Asus router correctly configured to allow VPN and disable SIP ALG (which Virgin's built in router won't permit). Great phone!

Nice quality handset - solid, comfortable in the hand and not too heavy. Excellent sound quality - noticeably better than my basic BT phone and surprisingly sstraightforward to set up.
