Phones good, headset transfer a palaver

The telephone handsets are superb, really good features, love that you can enter phone numbers on one handset and transfer them to the other one. Quality of call has been great so far. Value for money - without the headset, the value would be great. With the headset, the value is pretty poor. The reason for this is that using the headset is a royal nuisance due to the palaver you have to go through to transfer the call from the phone handset to the headset. Our old phone and the Plantronics Legend was far better, you could answer a call from the headset and not have to mess about. Putting the caller on hold and then transferring to the new headset is just not as intuitive as it could be.
