    What We Think
In essence, the BT 2200 cordless phone is very similar to an earlier entry on our Top 10, the BT 2700. Many people prefer to use the answering machine provided by their call provider. As one of our best value cordless phones, this model is a solid choice for the budget-conscious.

This basic home phone might not come with as many bells and whistles as some of the higher entries in our list but that’s partly what we love about this phone. It does what it is supposed to (namely provide good call quality for your landline) very well and is really easy to use. The BT 2000 phone also offers a useful “do not disturb” mode, which you can easily turn on or off during night time or dinner – or any other time when you just don’t want to be called.
