    Stylish looking phone let down by poor quality

    Phones look nice but had returned as faulty. Earpiece was overheating when speaking on the phone for more than 10 minutes, and the buttons were unresponsive. Feels like it was cheaply made and won't be buying BT again...

    On the plus side ligo handled the issue impeccably and we were able to exchange the faulty phone for something superior.

    Overpriced piece of JUNK! Steer clear!!!

    I have always bought BT phones and loved my 8500 set so when it died I plumped for this one.
    Big mistake......
    In comparison to its predecessor this is a huge let-down - handset feels flimsy, sound is not as good and the base buttons were comparatively small for me making them difficult to use.
    Persevered with it for a couple of days but final straw came when I tried to transfer contacts from my mobile using bluetooth. Apparently the process was “done” only half the numbers didn't transfer. Tried again and the screen froze!!!! Total garbage!!
    I've had to return it as it was certainly not up to the standard I've come to expect from BT and not sure I'll be replacing it with another of yjeir phones. Ligo has been extremely helpful and is currently advising on a suitable (and more reliable) replacement! Heed my warning and steer clear of this piece of JUNK to avoid disappointment!

    Call blocking and contacts

    Again I must agree with the other comments on here, bought for business mainly. Call blocking dodgy customers not as straightforward as I had hoped. Phone book slow and unresponsive. If a saved number calls, there is no way of actually viewing the number, no good if you have 5 Davids already stored on it as well. Disappointing as indeed most dect phones are regarding blocking limits and phone book entry limits

    Not impressed

    This phone looks very stylish but it’s actually rather poor quality, the display isn't very good and the sound quality is also quite poor. I had expected better from BT and doubt I'll be buying one of their phones again - not as good as they used to be.
