Now have two handsets to use around a 3 acre horticultural site with lots of obstructions. Siting the base station is critical to get good reception. Mine is now in the loft to give height but move it a few centimeters one way or another changes coverage & blind spots come & go. So patience is required together with an assistant prepared to wander about in the weather at you command.
