Disappointed

Having looked at several reviews on the web about these phones I expected to get a much better range and quality of sound. My house has thick walls but all the same, I only get 10m range and sound is fuzzy. It is not the line as my Panasonic phones worked much better (someone smashed the base by accident which is why we bought the BT ones).

Do not buy if you are wanting to get a decent range.

Good for call blocking but not much else...

My last set of BT phones finally stopped working after a good number of years. I decided to stick with BT because we've been on the receiving end of a fair amount of nuisance calls lately. In that respect it is fantastic- Call Guardian feature works well and we haven't been bothered with a cold call since the set was installed. However, overall I'm somewhat unimpressed. The sound quality and range don't seem to be as good as the older set it replaced, and the menu is somewhat slow (there is also no colour screen). If I had the choice again I would probably go for something else....
