To lock a keypad press and hold red ON-OFF button for 2 seconds, to unlock keypad press and hold the same button for 2 seconds.
To switch off handset, press and hold red ON-OFF button for 4 seconds.
Panasonic KX-TCD/TG 151, 181, 820, 810, 831, 910 handsets:
To lock a keypad press and hold the middle joystick for 3 seconds, to unlock keypad press and hold the same joystick for 3 seconds.
To switch off handset, press and hold power button for 3 seconds.
Panasonic KX-TCA/TG 121, 721, 731 handsets:
To lock a keypad press and hold the middle soft key for 2 seconds, to unlock keypad press and hold the same button for 2 seconds
To switch off handset, press and hold power button for 2 seconds.

To lock a keypad press and hold the hash key (#) for 2 seconds, to unlock keypad press and hold the same button for 2 seconds
To switch off handset, press and hold power button for 2 seconds.

To lock a keypad press and hold the star key (*) for 2 seconds, to unlock keypad press and hold the same button for 2 seconds
To switch off handset, press and hold power button for 2 seconds.
Gigaset cordless handset:
To lock a keypad press and hold the hash key (#) for 2 seconds, to unlock keypad press and hold the same button for 2 seconds
To switch off handset, press and hold power button for 2 seconds.
